These oils are Multipurpose Extreme Pressure Gear Oils designed for use in gear boxes.

Following Grades are available :-

  1.  Gear Oil XP 90/140 : EXPRESS XP GEAR oils are multipurpose Sulphur-Phosphorus based extreme pressure superior quality heavy duty gear oils. These have been specially formulated to meet severe duty operation in heavily loaded gear systems, such as hypoid, spiral bevel, worm gears, where an active GL-4 performance oils are required. EXPRESS XP GEAR oils have been fully inhibited with advanced additive chemistry to combat extreme pressure, wear, corrosion, oxidation and foaming. These oils offer excellent performance under severe stress, heavy loads and low temperatures. EXPRESS XP GEAR oils have excellent thermal and chemical stability and give excellent protection against rust & corrosion ensuring long service period.Gear Oil  Performance: API GL – 4 MIL-L-2105 IS: 1118.1992

SAE 75W-90 Gear Oil : EXPRESS API GL-4 gear lubricant is specially recommended for synchronised manual transmissions, front wheel drive transaxles gear boxes, automotive hypoid and spiral bevel axles operating at low to moderate loads. Gear Oil GL-4 75W90 is a low viscosity product designed to minimise the problems of shift baulking at low temperatures and excessive noise when the oil is hot specifically designed to provide very much improved: Oil seal life, Durability (Gear surface life), Corrosion protection to yellow metals under both wet and dry conditions, Limited slip differential performance.

  3. Gear Oil XP 80W90 : EXPRESS XP GEAR 80W90 is multipurpose multigrade Sulphur-Phosphorus based extreme pressure superior quality heavy duty gear oils. These have been specially formulated to meet moderate to severe duty operation in Hypoid Differential & Drive axle and Manual transmissions of automobiles.

    EXPRESS XP GEAR 80W 90 oil has been fully inhibited with advanced additive chemistry to combat extreme pressure, wear, corrosion, oxidation and foaming. This oil offer excellent performance under severe stress, heavy loads and low temperatures. EXPRESS XP GEAR 80W 90 oil has excellent thermal and chemical stability and gives excellent protection against rust & corrosion ensuring long service period.
